Why we love Mac & Mia

You’ve probably seen our posts on Instagram, but we wanted to give you more info on our newest obsession in this house: Mac & Mia!

Mac & Mia is a box curated by a personal stylist for children. You log on, take a short survey about your kid’s (and your) style preferences, where you like to shop, and even if you are looking for items for a particular event or season and one of the Mac & Mia stylists will put together an amazing box for you. You have time to go through it, try the items on, and decide what to keep or what to send back in their prepaid envelope included in each box.

Recently, I ordered a box for my 3 year old, Maddie. I was SO excited because our stylist lives right here in Nashville! Who better to understand the crazy weather we experience around here! I went ahead and did a more summery box as I’m sure we can continue to wear those pieces for several months around here. Our stylist, Stephanie, did an awesome job picking items that both Maddie and I loved! She even chose the cutest purse which Maddie immediately started wearing around the house (I’m not even sure I got a chance to photograph it because she was too excited!).

One thing I LOVE about Mac & Mia is that it is NOT a subscription. They aren’t auto-renewing you each month and then you end up with more than you need. You can just submit a request whenever you need to and pay the $20 styling fee. The fee can be applied to towards your box when you purchase at least 2 items, so no money “wasted”!

Our stylist, Stephanie was GREAT to work with. She was in constant contact via email and was eager to get us items we needed and would enjoy. I love this option for a busy mom that can’t make it to the store all the time or even sit and browse through tons of websites to find the best new pieces for the kids. I know it was so nice, personally, to have that crossed off my To Do list and all it took was about 5 minutes worth of survey up front.

I would highly recommend trying out Mac & Mia! You can get a $20 credit if you use our referral link. And make sure to enter Stylist code STEPHANIEJ so you can work with an awesome Nashville mama!

ps- Maddie totally posed herself for all these photos. She is very opinionated. ha! :)
