Easter Celebrations with Babbleboxx

I cannot believe that Easter is this weekend! If you celebrate Easter, what are your Easter traditions? When I was growing up, the Easter bunny would hide our baskets around the house for us to find in the morning. Once discovered, we would find lots of candy, a fun spring play outfit and a new toy or craft inside our baskets. After devouring too much chocolate, we would eat a lovely breakfast and then head to church followed by an early Easter dinner with friends and family.

Now that I have my own kids, these traditions haven’t changed much. While we don’t hide our girls’ baskets, we do include candy, a spring outfit and a new toy or craft for them to enjoy throughout the day. We also love a healthy breakfast before egg hunts, candy consumption and a day of family fun!

Babbleboxx recently sent me a curated box of spring and Easter gifts that are perfect for Easter baskets and festivities or other Spring events that I’m excited to share.

Edible Arrangements sent us an Easter Bunny Celebration™ with Easter Berries basket full of amazing fruit and a Gourmet Shareable® Caramel Apple. The caramel apple was melt-in-your-mouth good and perfect for sharing with my whole crew – it could be a fun addition to Easter basket candy. I love that the apple and the basket arrangement are made up of fresh fruit. The chocolate covered pineapple bunnies were a house favorite and this momma loved that it was fruit covered in chocolate making it an extra special – and a bit healthier – treat. . The fruit arrangement would be the perfect accompaniment to our family Easter breakfast (or any spring breakfast or brunch) and an Edible Arrangements treat would be a fun Spring or Easter gift for a centerpiece, hostess gift or even as an Easter Basket substitute! Osh Kosh sent this adorable tank top and skirt set and some hair accessories. I love the ruffle on the tank and the sweet detail on the skirt. I know my middle daughter will love it too and she will get tons of wear out of both pieces this spring. Osh Kosh has always been a family favorite and they have tons of colorful spring clothes this year for boys and girls that are perfect for play!

Brackitz sent over these awesome building toy sets. I adore creative building toys for my girls and am always looking for new products and brands that encourage engineering, science, art and math! We received two sets: the Inventor 44 which allows the girls to create structures from small scale builds to larger, gravity defying 3-D structures and the Driver 43 which includes pieces and instructions to create 10 driving machines. I will put these in my younger girls’ baskets, but I know my older tween will love them too. Brackitz are available in Target stores and at www.brackitz.com/play.

Instead of a toy, I think my older daughter will get these YUM! Spa goodies in her basket which includes a 2-1 Shampoo & Conditioner, Sparkle Lotion and Shimmer & Shine Body Mist. She will love the look and smell of these products and I appreciate that they are all Paraben-Free and Hypoallergenic. You can save $.75 on any YUM Spa product here.

So, it looks like I’m just about ready for that big bunny to arrive – all I have left to buy is the actual Easter candy, lol. If you celebrate Easter, what do you typically put in your kids’ baskets? Any fun family traditions?
