Trying to stick to that New Year’s Resolution to lose the last of that baby weight? Or maybe you just enjoy getting your sweat on. Well, have no fear, mama. You can enjoy a fun workout and not have to worry about the kids.

My favorite is YMCA in Green Hills and on Hwy 100.

Theresa,
It is great that you offer this resource, however Nashville is much bigger than Green Hills, West and Belle Meade and Brentwood. There are moms all over the city from Bordeaux, Mt. Juliet, Antioch, Hendersonville and so on that want to work out and need child care. Thank you for the resource, but I’m sure there is more that Nashville has to offer.
