Farmer’s Market with Yankee Candle

I recently had the opportunity to preview the Yankee Candle Farmer’s Market Collection that will be available in July. Green Door Gourmet was the perfect location to be inspired for farmer’s markets and fall fragrances.

After a tour of the farm by the farm operator, Sylvia Ganier, we were able to select an assortment of fresh fruits and veggies to take home. Our family loves going to farmer’s market to not only purchase locally grown food but to be able to support the growers as well.

There’s nothing better than an ice cold, refreshing drink garnished with lemon verbena in a Mason Jar when you’re on the farm.

I couldn’t get over these gorgeous farm-grown flowers.

Tablescape 101: The Creative Director of Yankee Candle led us through a presentation of tablescapes and visual beauty! I loved being able to enjoy the aromos of all the candles!

Each table was uniquely decorated with a variety of the Yankee Candle Farmer’s Market Collection fragrances including the Dried Lavender Oak. This candle was light but had an earthy tone as well.

Although summer is usually my favorite season, The Farmstead Festival candle made me excited for cooler weather, watching football and spending Saturday mornings at the farmer’s market.

The Autumn Wreath candle is warm and cozy-the perfect scent for snuggling under your favorite blanket!

Baking spice breads is always on my fall bucket list! The Sweet Maple Cider candle has me searching Pinterest for all the maple recipes!

Ciderhouse Rules! There’s no wrong an apple scented candle can do! I could have this Ciderhouse fragrance burning year round!

After previewing the upcoming Farmer’s Market Collection, we spent time in the kitchen with Chef Richard making persimmon pudding! All the events made me hungry so luckily, we enjoyed a beautiful meal together.

Farms, Markets and Yankee Candles are a few of my favorite things so this day was such a special treat!
