Franklin Distillery Holiday Mule
1.5 oz Franklin Distillery Southern Gin or Southern Vodka
3 oz. ginger beer
3 oz. cranberry juice
¾ oz. rosemary simple syrup*
½ lime, juiced
*Rosemary simple syrup: Heat a small amount of simple syrup (do not boil) and steep fresh rosemary for a few minutes. Remove the rosemary and let cool completely.
In a copper mug or glass filled with ice, combine Southern Gin or Southern Vodka, cranberry juice, rosemary simple syrup and lime juice. Stir and top with ginger beer. Garnish with cranberries, a sprig of rosemary and lime wedges. Enjoy!
