The holiday season is almost here and with that usually comes an insane To Do list and a full calendar. All of the errands, cooking, cleaning, and family gatherings don’t leave a lot of room for downtime with friends.
In the past couple of years, my friends and I have started a little tradition we like to call Friendsgiving. It’s a time for us all to get together and celebrate our friendship. We take a night to relax and visit with each other before the busy holiday time. It has become one of our favorite events every year.
I was thinking about it this year and I realized- we ALL need a night to relax and connect with each other this time of year. The holidays can be stressful and overwhelming for so many. I want us all to get a night to recharge and relax before we are too busy to take the time for ourselves.
Consider this your formal invitation to The Nashville Mom’s Friendsgiving! A night for girls to get out and enjoy each other’s company, feast on a delicious meal, and maybe even make a new friend or two.
We’ll gather together at Homestead Manor. There will be plenty of time to mix and mingle. We’ll enjoy a lovely meal and some drinks. Before the night is over, I hope we’ll end up with a big room full of friends. If you haven’t made it out to Homestead Manor, you’re going to love it. The chef has created a great menu for the evening. The house and the entire property are gorgeous. You can read more about it here.
