You only turn 9 once! I’m not a big party planner but with the help of my friends, we pulled off a Glamping Slumber Party for LC!
When LC mentioned she wanted to do a slumber party, I enlisted my friends The Flying Ham to bring one of their vintage style campers. It is the most convenient way to “camp”. They deliver the campers and get them set up for you, you can chose your home or campsites. We rented one of their campers a few years ago and had the best time, you can read about that trip here.
The campers are adorable, the perfect spot for the girls to cozy up and have some fun.
We had our pizza party inside the camper and introduced them to vinyl records.
A camper full of girls and lots of pink!
Courtney from Franklin Celebrations installed the most precious balloon garland. Balloons just make everything more festive!
Jessi from Let it B Love, has been a dear friend for years. She sets up the sweetest parties with her adorable tents!
Jessi thinks of every details and makes everything so cute!
These girls adored sleeping in their tents under twinkling lights.
When I gave Becca my vision for the glamping birthday cake, she really delivered! Becca’s creations are so creative and tasty! The camper is made out of rice crispy cakes! The details were so sweet with the tiniest roasted marshmallows, tootsie roll fire logs, a fire and little teddy graham bears! The girls loved this cake!
And of course, we had to have a sweet little party favor! Michelle from Sips to Sugars created these camper cookies! Too bad the girls couldn’t wait until they went home for their cookies!
We found these glitter tattoos on our recent trip to NYC and they were the hit of the party! They were so fun and didn’t make too much of a mess!
The girls crafted, played games, had a dance party, ate lots of snacks, sat down to watch a movie for 10 minutes and then played more! They finally settled down and went to sleep around midnight!
This girl is easy to celebrate! So thankful that she could celebrate with her friends. There was louds of squealing, gymnastics and I’ll be recovering for a few days, but it was totally worth it!
