Peg Leg Porker opened in Nashville in 2013 offering award-winning BBQ, sauces and rubs. Located in The Gulch, you can find barbecue and all the fixings in this kid-friendly spot!
You’ll find a variety of barbecue choices, pepper jelly and crackers and kool-aid pickles on the menu! And don’t get me started on their amazing sweet tea! On the first floor, you’ll find an Old School BBQ vibes with counter service. The second floor allows you to make reservations and provides waiter service.
Peg Leg Porker, Carey Bringle, owner and veteran Pitmaster has recently opened his new Peg Leg Porker Culinary Loft on the third floor of the restaurant.
The condo is equipped with a Viking Test Demo Kitchen, rooftop kitchen and seating area overlooking downtown Nashville as well as two bedrooms and two baths.
The Culinary Loft will be used for chef-driven events, demos, tastings, food brand events, hospitality events, pop-ups, charity events and more!
Carey’s first visiting Guest Chef Event is scheduled for December 8th with New Orleans Chef and restaurateur Donald Link. Tickets will be limited and will be auctioned to benefit Chef Link Strtjewski Foundation which addresses violence and poverty, as well as quality of education and job training opportunities. Ticket details will be released in November.
