Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Give those sad looking fruits new life with these no-added sugar, protein-packed popsicles! They’re a perfect afternoon snack for the whole family on hot afternoon.
Makes 12 mini popsicles (as pictured) or 6 normal sized popsicles
- Popsicle molds (or dixie cups and popsiclesticks)
- 2 cups watermelon
- 1/2 cup fresh watermelon juice
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
