If you\u2019re looking for a killer workout in just 55 minutes, we\u2019ve got the spot for you. Neighborhood Barre recently opened up in the new CityPark strip in Brentwood. The location is great, the studio is awesome, and the workout will have you feeling the shake in your thighs.<\/p>\n

\"Neighborhood<\/a><\/p>\n

The 55 minute class time includes a warm-up and cool-down. The workout itself incorporates the barre to assist in balance and posture, but this isn\u2019t a ballet class. The moves are quick and before the class is over, you will have worked every muscle in your body- even the ones you didn\u2019t know existed. While the workout can be intense, it truly caters to all fitness levels. There is always a way to make something more or less difficult depending on your level. The instructors are always available to help you get the most from your experience.<\/p>\n
