Disclosure: I’m proud to partner with Discover Atlanta for this opportunity. I am being sponsored to write this post, but all opinions expressed are my own.

Sometimes, you just need a mini-vacation to regroup and take a break from reality for a little while. Thankfully, living in Nashville means we are located close to many fun destinations. Recently I was blessed with the opportunity to take my family to Atlanta for the weekend. Discover Atlanta offered to set us up with some fun activities and accommodations for the weekend. Atlanta is such a great, easy getaway if you’re in Nashville. It’s a quick drive and the family-friendly activities are abundant.

We left Friday morning to head down there and check in at our AMAZING hotel, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Buckhead. If you’ve ever wanted to feel like royalty, just book a night here. The staff is top-notch! We don’t have a single complaint. The rooms are a great size, which if you have kids with you, you’ll learn to love the extra room for them to play in. This is definitely a kid-friendly hotel! Seriously, I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Buckhead
