My friend, Melissa gave me this Taco Soup recipe back when I had no idea how to cook (not too much has changed) but this has been a family favorite over the years!\u00a0<\/em><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">*Taco Soup*<\/h2>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 pounds ground beef (or omit for a vegetarian option)<\/li>\n<li>1 medium onion<\/li>\n<li>1 packet taco seasoning mix<\/li>\n<li>1 packet ranch dressing mix<\/li>\n<li>2 (10 oz) cans Rotel tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>4 regular sized cans of diced tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 can pinto beans<\/li>\n<li>1 can kidney beans<\/li>\n<li>1 can shoe peg corn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brown meat and drain fat<\/li>\n<li>Add onion to the meat and finish browning<\/li>\n<li>Stir in taco and ranch packets.<\/li>\n<li>Add Rotel tomatoes, diced tomatoes, pinto beans, kidney beans and corn.<\/li>\n<li>Heat to serving temperature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and tortilla chips<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>If you&#8217;re not feeling like cooking tonight, here are some of Nashville&#8217;s favorite places to grab a taco!\u00a0<\/em><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bar Taco<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">San Antonio Taco<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Taqueria Del Sol<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bakersfield Tacos<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pancho and Leftys<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Uncle Julios<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Local Taco<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The Little Donkey<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mas Tacos<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mojo Tacos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Now here&#8217;s a day we can all celebrate-National TACO Day!!
