If you’re looking to add an amazing person to your friends list, look no furthur than Aimee Siegel. Not only is she one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, she is super inspiring and super talented.
Aimee creates beautiful party accessories, but she is also an amazing event stylist, flower arranger, chalkboard designer (plus about 1 million other things).
With the holidays upon us, we can all use a little help getting things ready for parties and Aimee is your girl. Contact her to see how she can help you.
Back to those party accessories… they’re gorgeous and creative. Cupcake toppers that double as hair accessories? Pie toppers to make your Thanksgiving more festive? Adorable garlands? Sign me up!
Plus, these garlands can be used anywhere in the house even when it isn’t party-time. I seem to move mine to a different room every other week.
She even has a ‘party-in-a-box’ option for those of us that want a handmade touch to our parties, but don’t have the time (or the skill, in my case) to create it.
She has decor for birthday parties, Thanksgiving celebrations, and even Christmas parties. I’m sure she can even do a custom piece for you if you have something specific in mind.
A little bit from the person behind the brand:
My creative career began when a friend of mine, who loved the way my apartment was decorated, asked me to decorate for her wedding…That launched a whole string of wedding and event styling jobs for me, which I still pursue today. Along the way, I picked up floral design skills as well, from working at a flower shoppe in the Nashville area.
Inspired by my own personal desire to wear pretty colorful fabric hair flowers in my hair – I began to experiment with designing (and wearing :) handcrafted hair accessories. When I began receiving a lot of compliments on those pieces, it looked like it was probably time to start selling those and that is when I first launched my Etsy shop.
All of that combined has led me to my current collection: handcrafted party accessories. It’s the perfect blend of my event styling background and love for flowers, of all sorts. I’ve even still incorporated the hair flower idea by turning hair clips into cupcake toppers that can be used as party favors. One of my most favorite recent collaborations was to partner with my favorite cupcake bakery in town – Cupcake Collection in Germantown – to do a photo shoot for my products. There’s really nothing more perfect than a Cupcake Collection cupcake (the Wedding Cake flavor is my favorite..) and a Cuban coffee from CREMA (THE best coffee in Nashville.)
You can find Aimee’s products in her Etsy shop or catch her at the Holiday Market at Curvy Yoga on Dec 5.
