You did it. You purchased that huge list of school supplies. You found your kiddos the perfect backpack. You’ve got the lunch packing routine down.
Then, about 3 weeks later, your child needs a new pair of scissors or you realize all of those cool reusable containers from his lunch box have suddenly gone missing. How does that happen? Where do the supplies go?
I don’t really have an answer for you. Probably to the land of missing socks and lost pacifiers. I do, however, have a solution for you…
We discovered dear Mabel and her Labels a few years ago when baby bottles and sippy cups were getting lost out of the diaper bag at the church nursery.
Mabel’s Labels are great! I can’t promise you won’t continue to have supplies and cups lost, but at least when someone happens to find it, they’ll know who it belongs to.
Mabel’s Labels can go in the dishwasher, the washing machine, and inside of a shoe with sweaty little boy feet. They make labels for “the stuff kids lose” and they mean it. I love the Tagmates labels for inside of clothing. With cooler temperatures coming, jackets seem to be the first thing to get lost. I just pop a label on his jacket tag and ensure that it always makes it back to the right house.
I’m pretty crazy about putting labels on all of the kids’ lunchbox items. I think we’ve only lost 1 or 2 containers in the 4 years we’ve been using them. You can see in the picture that some of our labels are different designs. That’s because some are the “old” labels we had. Yes, they are still stuck on there! They’ve gone through the dishwasher numerous times and they still stick.
Mabel’s Labels aren’t just for school-age children and their supplies. They have baby packs, bag tags, and even labels for your household products.
We can’t recommend Mabel’s Labels enough. Hop on over to their page to get designing.
