Soundwaves at Opryland

Nashvillians will no longer need to leave town to experience a vacation getaway. Gaylord Opryland‘s recent addition of a 4 acre, upscale indoor/outdoor water attraction will have residents wanting to book a Staycation at this famous resort.

Soundwaves includes something for everyone. The guests looking to relax will enjoy floating down their choice of the rapid or lazy river. Adventurous guests will enjoy sharpening their surfing skills on the FlowRider or tubing down one of the water slides. The Activity Lagoon Pool features rock climbing, obstacle course and basketball for those looking for water activities. Indoor kids and toddler pool areas are offered with the cutest adirondack chairs. An adults-only infinity pool is also offered with lounging areas, locker rentals, towels and other amenities.

Spaces have been created throughout to provide privacy and an oasis-like setting.

Private cabanas are also available to rent for special occasions, parties or to have your own private space. Each cabana has the option of being customized to a certain theme.

Guests can enjoy dining at Decibels, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor eating areas. Status Cymbal features the adults-only pool and bar, located on the top indoor level.

Access to SoundWaves is for hotel guests only. However, private party rooms are available to reserve for locals looking for a unique experience for special occasions.

The outdoor attractions will open later this spring with waterslides, a tidal wave pool, a multi-level play structure and many other exciting features.
