- Tall Tale Circus– Enjoy a musical extravaganza at the Main Library. Showtimes at 10:30 & 11:30. (free)
Storytime at Warner Park Nature Center– Starts at 10:30. (free)Art Making in the Lobby– Hang out at The Frist Center and make some art in response to their exhibit. Right now, visitors are encouraged to make miniature furniture inspired by the Houghton Hall exhibit. They provide all the supplies! Starts at 6. (free)
Saturday, February 21:
- Family Saturday– Teens can bring their families to the Teen Center at the Main Library and play games. Starts at 9:00. (free)
- Book Blast– The Simon Kidgits Club will host a fun event with special activities and then a member of the Nashville Ballet will read a story to the kids. Starts at 10:00. (free)
- Junior Chef– Williams-Sonoma hosts a class for ages 5-13 to learn how to make homemade chicken fingers. Call the store to register. (free)
- Engineering Day– Adventure Science Center hosts a day full of hands-on activities and opportunities to learn about the field of engineering. Special activities take place from 10:00-3:00. (included with admission)
- Jack and the Beanstalk– Country Music HOF will host a FREE event. The story will be set to music. You must have a program pass to get in. Starts at 10:00. (free)
- Reading of Sheila and the Magnificent Tail– Local author, Jeremy Shapiro, will stop by Brilliant Sky to read his book. Starts at 10:00. (free)
- Saturday Storytime at Parnassus Books- Stop by for a story and a song! Starts at 10:30. (free)

- Storytime at the Nashville Farmer’s Market– This month stories will be celebrating Black History month. Starts at 11:00. (free)
- Little Labs– Designed for ages 3-5, this event at Adventure Science Center will explore taste, smell, touch, and sound. Learn how they work together! Starts at 11:00. (Members- $8, Non-members $18)
- Guitar 101– A hands on workshop where you can learn to strum a few chords on the guitar. Ages 7+. Starts at 12:30. (museum admission required)
Sunday, February 22:
- Create a Country Collage– This drop in family program at Country Music HOF will allow kids to create a photo collage with one of their own photos as the centerpiece or they can choose a photo reproduction. Starts at 12:00. (museum admission required)
- Princess Storytime– Brilliant Sky will host Cinderella this month! Starts at 3:00. (free)
