Friday, June 20:
- Art Making in the Lobby– Visitors can create their own artwork in response to the Frist’s exhibitions. They provide the supplies for free. Starts at 6.
- Red Caboose Park Concert in Bellevue- Every Friday night in June enjoy a free, family-friendly concert in the park. Bring your picnic baskets and a blanket. Starts at 7.
- Lawn chair Theatre– Starting at 8, bring the family to Leiper’s Fork to enjoy Turbo. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, but no coolers. They will have concessions available.
Saturday, June 21:
- RC and Moon Pie Festival- Head to downtown Bell Buckle to celebrate a couple of the South’s traditions. There’s a 10-mile run, parade, contests and so much more. Check here for full schedule.
- SCOUT Trunk Show– Head over to Fear No Art in 12South to check out SCOUT’s latest baby goodies. Fear No Art will also be hosting a drop in art class for the kiddos (ages 5 & up). Make sure you preregister for the art class.
- Splat!– Find out the science of things that go splat. Adventure Science Center will have special stations and activities set up from 10-3.
- Kids’ Movie at the Belcourt- This week it’s The Great Muppet Caper. Starts at 10.
- Magician Rodney Kelley will be at the Main Library at 10:30. Stop in for a new book and a fun show!
- Song and Story Time at Country Music HOF- Ages 3-5 can listen to a story and participate in hands on activities. Starts at 10:30 and should last about 35 minutes.
- Sesame Street Live at the Bridgestone- If you haven’t scooped up your tickets yet, do it now! Shows are at 10:30 and 2:00.
- Musicians Corner– Enjoy free live music at Centennial Park. There will be fun activities for the kids in Kidsville. Pre-show starts at 12, music starts at 1:30.
Sunday, June 22:
