Sweet Corn Festival at Lucky Ladd Farms
- When: August 19th
- Where: Lucky Ladd Farms
- What: Enjoy late summer fun with corn eating, corn shucking contests and sweet corn selfie competition
National Honey Bee Day at Glen Leven Farms
- When: August 19th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Where: Glen Leven Farms
- What: Children can plant a native wildflower to take home as well as view bees in action. Glen Leven Farm Raw Honey will be available for purchase
Music City Solar Eclipse Festival and Viewing Party
- When: August 19th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Where: Adventure Science Center
- What: Come learn more on the solar eclipse and the technology used to study them. Games, activities, live music, and more!
Sunday, August 20th:
- When: August 18th-21st

- When: Sundays (August 20, August 27, and September 10) 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Where: Nashville Ballet Studio A (3630 Redmon Street, Nashville, TN 37209)
- What: Children ages 7 to 11 are invited to audition to perform in Nashville’s Nutrcracker: Celebrating 10 years! this December. Dance experience in not required. Click here for more information
